Hassan is amazing! The food was top tier some of the best I’ve had! I got the chicken plate and there was enough food for two meals. The chef cooks with love and has a passion to have her food translate that. Not to mention the AMAZING HUMMUS! Soooo many options and they are all so so good!! I got the turmeric carrot, and caramelized onion hummus and WOW! Everything is fresh and homemade! You better run, not walk to Yummus! Ps. The baklava was also amazing!
My husband and I decided to try Yummus for date night. I selected the beef plate while my husband had the beef shawarma wrap with fries. The food was absolutely excellent and bursting with wonderful flavors and as we discovered was all made with fresh ingredients made in house. The portions were large and prepared promptly. When we mentioned it was of first time they offered us a free tub of hummus of our choice. We chose the dill pickle, it will not disappoint! The owners Hassan and Zaza came over to introduce themselves and were very gracious and friendly. We highly recommend this experience if you are craving Mediterranean food. While we ate in it is also a very good choice for takeout as they are were very prompt and organized with orders as we witnessed while eating. If you are also looking for ingredients for home they had a large selections of spices, treats (baklava) and even freezer and refrigerator items that would most likely be regionally hard to find anywhere else. I included a photo of there paper menu, it doesn’t show the fresh plates like I ordered but they are well worth the price and full of amazing ingredients like meat, pickles, onions, turmeric rice, hummus and fresh veggies.
We order some wraps from beef & chicken, but the most delicious surprise was the dessert (please see picture). Very friendly service. I love to come back.
What an incredible experience. The owner/chef is absolutely heartwarming and welcoming, the staff are beyond kind and helpful, and the food literally melts in your mouth. The portions are very generous, the food is fresh, the service is great. For being our first time, they even provided us each with a complimentary bavlava dessert that was unlike any other I’ve ever eaten. Please give this a try
Great food and lovely people. I ordered a gyro and the owner came up to me and made a note of saying that she makes their bread fresh right there and that nothing is frozen. Was the hugest gyro I have ever had! Price was great and sandwich was too. I would definitely recommend.
Fantastic establishment. We are incredibly lucky to have this restaurant here in Solon. There is a vast selection of freshly prepared wraps, plates, hummus, salads, soups and baklava. The wraps and plates are full of natural flavors, fresh herbs and subtle spices. They serve dishes and options that are unique and not found at your average restaurant. The employees are kind, helpful, patient and professional. They care about their food, their business and their customers. The restaurant is cozy and simple with a few tables for dining in. They also have refrigerated items, imported drinks and a small selection of groceries. We purchased the lamb kebab wrap, several samosas, orzo salad and 1/2 dozen baklava. I would recommend all items. My 14 year-old daughter and I split the wrap- it's quite large. She LOVED it. Thanks Zaza!
We had an amazing first visit here! The staff were super friendly, the store was clean, and the food tasted homemade and incredible. We tried the lamb shawarma and lamb plate, and both were absolutely delicious with great presentation. This small spot beautifully blends Mediterranean and Arabic culture in one place. The prices were very reasonable, and everything was worth it. If you’re nearby, don’t miss this place!
I had such a great experience at Yummus! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They took the time to help me pick the perfect order for both myself and my mom, and everything was amazing. We will definitely be back! I can’t believe I’ve never been there before. Highly recommend!
This food is out of this world. Traveled 20 miles just for some of the best food in the Cleveland area. Absolute must if you love food. WARNING: The fries are addictive and will have you craving for more. Order a second, because once the 1st is gone, you'll want more!
Authenticity! A small space packed with fresh food, prepackaged take & make, dry goods and a VERY helpful staff. The gentleman working walked my group through fan favorites and must haves. I spent $35 and had a beautiful sampling of nearly everything. Every item was delicious and bursting with flavor. We will definitely be back when in the area.
